I’ve had a lot of great questions come in about The Peak Posture System™, so I wanted to answer the most common ones all in one place.
If you’ve been curious, interested, or quietly wondering, “Is this for me?” - this email is for you.

Most people know they should move more, stretch more, and take better care of their body…
But knowing what to do and actually having a simple system that keeps you consistent are two very different things.
That’s why I created The Peak Posture System™.
What exactly is The Peak Posture System™?
This monthly, Pilates-based coaching program designed to help you build strength, improve flexibility, stand taller, move better, and feel more at home in your body.
It’s not just random workouts.
It’s a monthly-structured system designed to help you:
Build a strong, supportive core
Improve posture and body awareness
Strengthen the deep stabilizing muscles that support your back
Increase mobility and joint health
Reduce stiffness, aches, and everyday body discomfort
Create sustainable movement habits so you can age well and keep doing the things you love
Every month, you’ll receive a week-by-week movement plan so you always know what to focus on and why it matters.
You’ll also get regular live coaching sessions with me twice a month where we’ll work on Pilates concepts, body connection, mindset, consistency, and the skills that help you stop starting over.
And because support matters, you’ll also have access to a private community inside Skool, where you can stay accountable, ask questions, and feel connected along the way.

When your body starts to feel more balanced, supported, and aligned, everything gets easier - walking, working, exercising, getting up and down, carrying groceries, playing with grandkids, traveling, and simply moving through your day with more freedom.
And if you miss a live session, no problem.
Replays will be available so you can watch when your schedule allows.

Where is Peak Posture hosted? Do I have to be on Facebook?

The Peak Posture System™ will be hosted on a platform called Skool, which is simple, clean, and much easier to navigate than Facebook.
You’ll be able to access it from your laptop or download the free Skool app and use it right from your phone.
Inside Skool, you’ll find the community, schedule, videos, resources, and program updates all in one easy place.
All live coaching sessions will happen on Zoom, not Facebook Live, so you’ll receive the links ahead of time and can add them directly to your calendar.
As we get closer to the June 1st launch, I’ll also provide a short video tutorial so you feel completely comfortable using Skool.

As part of the program, we’re also including a quarterly online 2-hour workshop designed to help you improve posture, support a healthier back, and create a more lifted, decompressed body.
The first month focuses on postural awareness and alignment, which is exactly where we need to begin if we want to fight the effects of height loss, compression, stiffness, and slouching.
No previous Pilates experience is required.

How much time do I actually need each week?
At minimum, I recommend 15 - 30 minutes, twice a week for your weekly workout or stretch routine.
That’s it.
Of course, you can do more if you want to. You can attend the coaching sessions, participate in the community, and go deeper with the monthly focus.
But the minimum effective dose is simple and realistic.
Because the time you spend building strength, mobility, and body awareness now can save you so much time, frustration, stiffness, and discomfort later.
This is not about doing more. It’s about doing what matters most.

What if I have a bad week?
You will.
I will.
We all do.
That’s why this program is built for real life.
Every month gives you a fresh chance to refocus. Every quarterly workshop gives you a chance to fine-tune, reset, and reconnect with your body.
