Bi-weekly tips, habits, and practice guide for building a better back—improving poor posture that is making you look (& feel) old.

MORNING

Most movement plans fail long before the workouts do.

Not because people are lazy or don’t care.

They fail because they aren’t built around real life — changing bodies, busy schedules, inconsistent energy, and the pressure to do everything perfectly.

I don’t want to build that kind of program.

The Peak Posture System™ is being designed around posture, awareness, consistency, and movement that actually fits into your life.

But before I finalize the next pieces, I want your honest input.

I created a short 3-minute survey to better understand:

  • what your body needs most right now

  • what kind of support helps you stay consistent

  • how much time feels realistic

  • whether live sessions, replays, or accountability matter most to you

Your answers will directly shape what gets built next.

CORE MOVES

What Phase 1 is actually teaching you. FIND IT!

Phase 1 focuses on:

Posture assessment and awareness: learning to see your own patterns

Core connection: finding and activating the deep muscles that support your spine

Releasing what's tight: hips, chest, the places that pull you forward

Strengthening what's weak: the muscles you've been asking your joints to do instead

This isn't just exercise. This is learning how your body works, probably for the first time. It can feel humbling at first. But that's how you know you're building something real.

The next Phases 2 and 3 (Feel It and Move It) will build directly on this foundation. But we start here.

Because awareness always comes first.

INNER SHIFT

You already know what you need. You just need someone to ask.

One of the most common things I hear from women in this community is some version of: "I know I need to do something, I just don't know where to start."

But here's what I've noticed: when I ask the right question, the answer is already there. You know if mornings work better than evenings. You know if 20 minutes is realistic or if you're fooling yourself about 60. You know what's gotten in the way before.

The survey I'm sending today isn't just research for me. It's an invitation for you to get honest with yourself about what you actually want and what's been standing in the way.

Take 3 minutes. Answer honestly. That's where it starts.

WHAT WE'RE WORKING ON

The timeline: here's where we are.

Here's what your input will help shape:

  • the best class times

  • the right mix of live sessions and replays

  • the first posture topics we focus on

  • Community platform: in progress

  • the kind of accountability that will actually help

  • whether the founding membership feels like the right next step

Founding membership is $37/month - locked in for life for the first 10–20 members. Your survey answers will help me build this around real people, real schedules, and real bodies.

RESOURCE SPOTLIGHT

Take the 3-minute survey

This is the most useful thing you can do for both of us right now.

The survey covers:

• What you're struggling with most right now

• What content topics matter most to you

• How much time you can realistically commit

• Whether you want live sessions, replays, or both

• How interested you are in the founding membership

I read every single response. Your answers are how I build this for you, not for some imaginary subscriber.

WORTH KNOWING

Why awareness is the hardest phase and the most important one.

Bad posture isn't a lack of effort. It's a habit. And habits are invisible, until someone shows them to you.

Joseph Pilates built his entire method around the idea that the mind must first understand before the body can change.

Reply and tell me: what's one thing in your body you've been ignoring that you know needs attention

Keep moving,
