Morning, Friends!

I'm going to be honest with you: I need your help.

What You'll Get in Phase 1: Find it

This will eventually be a 3-phase system:

Find it → Feel it → Move it

  • Find it → understand your posture + patterns

  • Feel it → build real connection in your body

  • Move it → move with control and intention

But we're starting with Phase 1 - Find it!

Because before you can fix anything…
you have to understand what’s actually going on.

Here's what we'll work on:

Posture Assessment & Awareness

We'll start by understanding your body’s story.

  • Bad posture is familiar.

  • It’s comfortable.

  • It's what you know.

    But it's also what’s aging you.

We'll look at your patterns → what’s pulling you forward, what’s collapsing, what’s overworking, what’s underworking - so you can begin to make a new choice.

Find Your Core Connection

You'll learn how to find and activate the deep core → the muscles that actually support your spine and posture.

Before you can strengthen or improve anything, you have to connect to it.

We’ll slow things down and build that connection step-by-step.

Stretch What's Tight, Strengthen What's Weak

You can't strengthen what doesn't move.

So we start by creating space:

  • open your chest

  • releasing your low backs

  • open tight hip flexors and hamstrings

Then, we strengthen what matters most:

  • glutes

  • upper back

  • deep core

Build Coordination & Learn Key Concepts

This isn’t just exercise → This is learning how your body works.

Yes, it can feel humbling at first.

But that’s how you know you’re building something real.

INNER SHIFT

Start Where You Are (Not Where You Used to Be)

I hear this all the time:

“I used to be able to…”

And I get it.

But you can’t go back to that body.

You start with the one you have now → your habits, your history, your injuries, your lifestyle.

And you build from there.

This isn’t about:
getting ready for an event
chasing your younger body

This is about:

moving well
feeling strong
staying capable for life

Because at this stage…

It’s less about how you look and more about how you feel.

This is resilience.

This is care for your future self.

This is your body’s next chapter.

And it starts with awareness…then making a new choice.
